It’s a treat to receive photos of customers’ stonework. It’s a double treat when they include family members – human or otherwise. We opened our mail this morning to find this cute “bunny” posing in her family’s rock garden.
To celebrate our one-year anniversary, my wife and I took a weekend trip to Sarasota to visit the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, explore the city and eat some really great food. A nice couple that we did some work for (click here for more on that project) gave us guest passes to the gardens as a gift and we planned our getaway around it. Now, we’re back, encouraged that inspiration is only a short drive away.

It’s only natural to want to show off a little when a special project is complete. Hope you’ll indulge this impulse and forgive a bit of exuberance.
It feels good to start the new year by finishing a nice job for discerning homeowners who share our passion for the incomparable richness of color and texture that only natural stone can provide.

The rainy season has decidedly come to its conclusion here in Southwest Florida. But in a way, it’s also the end of a very, very dry season. Summer is the so-called off season, when the snowbirds have secured their hurricane shutters and flown the coop. Area businesses buckle down.
